Kilkenny Road Train Tours Terms & Conditions
- Tickets are valid for one day and can be used at anytime during that day subject to availability.
- If ticket/tickets are not used on intended day they will become invalid and a refund can not be given.
- Kilkenny Road Train Tours require credit card details to secure all bookings.
- Tickets are non-transferable.
- In case of cancelations a 50% cancellation fee will be required.
- Eating & drinking is forbidden onboard the train.
- Passengers are expected to behave in an appropriate manner. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the tour with no refund.
- The health and safety of passengers and staff is of the utmost importance. Passengers must stay seated with seat belts on & keep their heads & hands inside the carrige at all times.
- Passenges can only board or disembark at the designated stopping locations. Merrion Square & Guinness Storehouse.
- Alcohol, smoking & drugs are forbidden onboard the train.
- All passengers must wear seatbelts.
- All passenger must respect the safety and comfort needs of fellow passengers on board the train.
